Finally usable version

Good points: Working Mantano Cloud support (unlike previous version which didn’t really work) with all their good features. Even last access bug on not-read books now works..
Bad points: no ‘Today’ widget (like Kindle’s), no support for Spotlight on iOS9 (like Goodreads and Bookmate)
